Welcome to Cake Mockery! 

 

Robyn Giamatti (Owner/Executive Pastry Chef) is a graduate from the A.O.S. & B.P.S. programs of the highly regarded Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.  Robyn's education, coupled with the experience from working in top restaurants in New York City, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Grandezza Country Club and Culinary Concepts in Naples, FL has allowed her to excel in the pastry industry. 

 

As a full-time wife and mother of three beautiful children, Robyn has developed Cake Mockery as an outlet for her creativity!
